Why FX isn’t your average dog brand

FX was never built to blend in. From the XBody Bag to our Flex Harness and Hydration Pack, every piece is designed to look good, move better and feel like part of the fit, not an afterthought. How do I know what harness size to order?

Our FX Flex Harness is designed for a tailored fit with maximum flexibility. Since every Frenchie is built a little differently, please refer to this size guide:

Are your products suitable for all dog breeds?

Our products are thoughtfully designed with French Bulldogs in mind, their compact shape, standout style and undeniable main character energy. Many of our pieces also suit other compact breeds like Pugs, Boston Terriers, English Bulldogs and similar small to medium builds. We recommend checking the sizing guide on the harness product page to find your pup’s best fit.

Is the FX XBody Bag waterproof?

The bag is made with water resistant vegan leather and polyester lining, which means it can handle light rain, spills and city adventures. While it’s not fully waterproof, it’s built to protect your essentials from everyday elements in style.

How do I clean my FX XBody Bag?

Matte vegan leather is low fuss, however a little care keeps it looking its best. Wipe it down regularly with a microfibre cloth to keep it fresh. For deeper cleans, use mild soap and water, then air dry. Skip the harsh chemicals and treat it like the statement piece it is.

How do I put on the FX Flex Harness

Simply unclip all three buckles, clip around the neck like a collar, position the back panel on their back, then guide the lower piece between the front legs and clip on each side.

Adjust the straps for a snug fit, you should be able to fit two fingers comfortably between the harness and your dog’s body. It’s secure, simple and designed to avoid the overhead struggle Frenchies (and their humans) hate. To loosen the straps simply adjust the neck and chest straps.

Where are your products made?

All FX products are custom designed in-house in Australia, with a focus on premium aesthetics and functional detail. We work closely with select international partners who meet our standards for quality, ethics and craftsmanship, bringing each piece to life with care and precision.

How long does shipping take?

Our Western Australia HQ aims to have your order dispatched within 1-3 days on standard business days. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Express shipping options are available.

Please note: shipping timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods, but we’ll always keep you updated with tracking as soon as your order is on the move.

Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet, but we’re working on it.

FX currently ships within Australia only, but we’re planning to take the FX experience global soon. If you’re outside Australia and want in, drop us a line at hello@frenchiexclusive.com, we’d love to hear from you, and we can see what we can do.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your FX delivery every step of the way.

What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?

We’ve got you. If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us at hello@frenchiexclusive.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can make it right, fast.

What’s your return policy?

We want you to love your FX pieces, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition with all original packaging (including dustbag) and tags intact. Once approved, we offer store credit, exchange (where stock is available) or a refund to make sure you and your pup get the perfect fit.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
